Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, contact us at support@provenharbor.shop. Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will review and, if approved, send you instructions, including a return shipping label (where applicable) and the correct return address.

Important Notes

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are processed through our third-party fulfillment partners, so timelines and eligibility may vary based on supplier policies (e.g., longer windows in certain countries like the US under local coverage).

International customers: Return shipping may take longer and is typically at your expense unless the item is defective/damaged/wrong.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us right away at support@provenharbor.shop (include photos if possible). We will evaluate and provide solutions, such as a refund, replacement, or partial credit. For product issues, we follow our suppliers' guidelines — free returns/refunds may apply for verified defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care/beauty items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards (final sale).

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order. We do not guarantee stock for exchanges, but we'll help facilitate where possible.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you may have additional rights under local consumer laws (e.g., a short cooling-off period for cancellation). However, as a US-based store, standard EU 14-day withdrawal rights may not automatically apply unless specified. Contact us at support@provenharbor.shop for assistance — items must still meet our condition requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing by your bank/credit card may add extra time). If 15+ business days pass after approval without seeing the refund, contact us at support@provenharbor.shop.
