Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed (prepared and handed to the carrier) within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. This does not include weekends, holidays, or any delays from our third-party suppliers. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, or supplier stock.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders (domestic and international). Shipping is handled by third-party suppliers who may fulfill directly from their warehouses (often in the US or internationally).

  • Domestic (United States): Estimated delivery in 7–12 business days after processing.
  • International (Worldwide): We ship to most countries. Estimated delivery is 15–45 business days after processing, depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed — factors like holidays, weather, carrier issues, or customs can cause delays.

Important Notes on International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping with no minimum order value.
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import costs are not included in your order total or our shipping charges. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery (or to the carrier/customs authority). We have no control over these fees and cannot predict or cover them — check your local customs regulations before ordering.
  • Some countries may have restrictions, prohibitions, or additional requirements for certain products (e.g., outdoor gear). You are responsible for complying with all import laws in your country. We are not liable for seized or held packages due to non-compliance.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or certain restricted locations — confirm at checkout if your address qualifies.

Delays & What Happens If Your Order Is Delayed

Delivery estimates are approximate. We will notify you as soon as possible of any significant delays (e.g., via email). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, supplier issues, or events beyond our control (see our Terms for Force Majeure). If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us — we'll investigate and work toward a resolution.
